James is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. Honestly due to my previous experiences with buying and selling homes I have questioned the need for realtors with modern technology. James showed me how working with a good realtor can make all the difference in a home buying experience. James worked extremely hard to make sure my family not only found a house, but the right home for us. He is very knowledgeable of the local area, real estate market, is very responsive and exceeded my expectations in every regard. He worked with my family to show us dozens of homes and make multiple offers before we found the right place and when we did, he did everything he could to make sure we got the home we wanted.
